Goddess by Burberry
One of my newest discoveries in the world of fragrances is Goddess by Burberry. This scent is not only new to me but also a relatively new addition to Burberry’s lineup – which makes my discovery even more exciting. Goddess is a perfume that caught my attention as I was looking for a fragrance on the heavier side, seeking one that would complement another perfume I already own, but with a bit of a twist. My experience is that this scent leans towards the heavier end, making it perfect for evenings or special occasions when I want to leave a lasting impression.
Even though Goddess is a new addition to my fragrance wardrobe, it already feels like a part of my collection. It has the ability to make me feel elegant and confident, perfectly supporting the sophisticated style I strive for.
Armani Code
The newest addition to my perfume collection is the Armani Code, which stands out as a fragrance on the lighter end of the spectrum. At least, that’s my impression. Armani Code is a perfume that balances being sexy and feminine while maintaining a subtle elegance. It has a sophisticated charm that makes it perfect for everyday use or when you want to feel alluring but without dominating the room. It’s delicate and subtle – not a scent that shouts for attention but rather invites people to come closer. In recent years, most of my perfumes have had heavy notes, so initially, I felt that the scent faded quickly. However, I’ve been told by others that this is not their experience, and they can still discreetly smell it on me even after a full workday.
Armani Code is perfect when you want to exude confidence and femininity in a unique and understated way. It’s not “right up in people’s faces,” but it still leaves a subtle impression. It won’t be the last time I buy this perfume. For me, it’s actually a perfect everyday scent and can complement various styles. If you have a day with a slightly more elegant or sporty look, I believe it would also be perfect.
The Scent for Her Pure Accord by Hugo Boss
The Scent for Her Pure Accord by Hugo Boss is another gem in my collection that fits perfectly as an everyday fragrance. It differs from Armani Code, which I also called an everyday perfume, by being sweeter in its notes but without being overwhelming. This perfume has a discreet charm that makes it suitable for daily use. It’s sweet and feminine, but in a way that doesn’t overshadow – it’s subtle but still present. The Scent for Her Pure Accord has a softness and pleasantness that makes it feel like a natural choice when I want a perfume that doesn’t feel too heavy but still elegant.
Even though it’s more subdued, it still has a clear place in my fragrance wardrobe. It’s a scent that is feminine and pleasant, making it ideal for both work and relaxed gatherings. The Scent for Her Pure Accord is an everyday fragrance that brings sweetness and elegance to any day without being intrusive.
I can also recomment The Scent. Another Hugo Boss, that are very similar to The Scent Pure Accord, but The scent is a bit more fresh, and not as sweet as Pure Accord.
Libre by YSL
YSL Libre is undoubtedly my absolute favorite perfume of all time, and many call it my signature scent as it just feels like me. It works not just for me, but for many people! I’ve worn it for a few years, and I often receive receive compliments and positive feedback. It’s a perfume that truly stands out, and holds a special place in my fragrance wardrobe.
In my opinion, Libre is a heavy perfume dominated by deep, warm vanilla notes. It’s intense and seductive, making it perfect for special occasions when I want to leave an unforgettable impression. But it also works fantastically in everyday life when I want to add a bit of extra strength and elegance to my scent.
One of the things I love most about YSL Libre is its lasting effect. It only needs a few sprays to last all day, making it both economical and powerful. Its intensity can be quite dominating, so I often choose it depending on my mood and the situation I’m in. But it’s precisely this dominating quality that makes Libre an excellent confidence booster. When I wear it, I always feel extra confident and elegant – as if I can take on the world. It’s a scent that makes me feel strong, feminine, and invincible. In my opinion, it’s a must-have!
